Rent To Own

​Have you thought about Rent-To-Own? It's not an option that will work for everybody, but it can work for certain folks. Those folks are those who have a good job with a household income of at least $80,000, have a $20,000 down payment, but are not able to get approved for a traditional mortgage from the bank. This might be because you have a bruised credit or that you have not lived in Canada long enough to build up that credit. This also can be an option for those who are in the process of becoming permanent residents in Ontario but don't have them yet.
